1How to place an order with The Royal Cannabis Club?
It’s super easy to order from us:
  • First go to shop and find the products that you want
  • Select the products desired and choose the quantity you want, add your products to the cart
  • Once you add a product to our cart, you’ll be directed back to http://theroyalcannabisclub.ca/cart. Click on “continue shopping” to add more products to your cart or if you are ready “Proceed to Checkout.” This takes you to the checkout page located at: http://theroyalcannabisclub.ca/checkout/
  • Once at the checkout page you’ll need to login your account with your email/membership number and password. If that is your first time buying with us you will need to become a member.That is simple just go to become a member page to fill out the required fields and send us your valid government I.D. Once you register you will get an email confirmation from us with your membership number and password.
  • When logged in, you can confirm the shipping information including the address, name, email, order notes, and contact number.
  • Once all the required fields have been filled out you can click on “Place Order.”
  • At the Checkout Confirmation page, you’ll see instructions along with your order number. This will show you how to send an Interact E-transfer. Your order will only ship once the E-transfer has been received by us.
  • Once we have the E-Transfer the order will go through processing and it will be shipped within 1 business day. Once the order is shipped, you’ll receive an Xpresspost tracking number from us.
  • All our packages are shipped with “signature required” upon delivery. Please let us know if you don’t want “signature required” in your order. Signature required packages reduce the possibility of theft.
2Who can become a member?
The Royal Cannabis club members must be at least 19 years old and a resident of Canada. If you are visiting Canada from another country please contact us at Contact Page to enquire about delivery to a Canadian address. We cannot sell to anyone under the legal age of majority with no exceptions.
3How does shipping work?
We ensure that all our packages are made with care and vacuumed sealed. This protects your purchase and your privacy. We use Xpresspost bubble envelopes which are secure and discreet. All our products are sent in airtight, odour-proof, vacuum-sealed bags. Your order will arrive in a discreet, unmarked Canada XpressPost package. Your real address and name must be on the package to ensure proper delivery. Shipping to major centres 1-3 days, and rural locations 3-5 days. 4Is my personal information safe?
All of our member information is stored in a secure, SSL encrypted servers. We will NEVER provide your personal info to anyone else – ever! We also use a Canadian encrypted email service for all our email communication. We do not provide any information about our clients to doctors, insurance companies, employers, government agencies, licensed producers or police agencies.
5Can I order outside of Canada?
We only ship within Canada. We will not for any reason ship outside of Canada. If you are visiting Canada from another country please contact us at Contact Page to enquire about delivery to a Canadian address.
6How can I refer a friend?
You can refer a friend using the link located on the account tab. Enter your email address and your friend’s email address. Once your friend registers with us, they earn 200 points. Once they make a purchase with us, you get 200 points. Referral links can not be used in the following platforms: Weedmaps, Reddit.
7How does the points system works?
Each new member gets 200 points for signing up. For each $1 you spend with us, you get one point. The shipping costs (if applicable) do not accumulate points. For each 2000 points that you accumulate you earn a $40 discount which you can apply to any future orders with us. If you do a product review, you’ll earn 50 points. You can only review items that you have purchased.
8When my order will be shipped?
If we receive your order and Interac E-transfer by our 12:00 p.m PST, your order will be shipped on the same business day. If we receive your order and payment after 12:00 p.m PST, your order will be shipped the next business day. Canada post does not ship on weekends or holidays. We recommend that our members order before they are out of product to ensure consistent supply of premium quality cannabis and cannabis products.
